I don't think I've ever had a starfruit. But it seems to be the sort of fruit that works very well in the Holy Goat mode. This is just a really nicely balanced sour with interesting fruit.

Loads of tart citrus and a fair bit of floral spiciness although today I have learned that bergamot is not a flower but itself an orange.
