Carbo absente. Noirceur vanta. Nez sur les épices (cardamome, cannelle). Vanille et café au loin. Corps liquoreux, quasi « iced beer ». Sucres assez présents. La coco umamise l’ensemble. Pis bah le bourbon fout sa torgnole habituelle. 17%ABV ça réchauffe.

Mon père avait oublié qu’il avait ça (de son époque saveur-bière), alors je l’ai bue, pour lui rendre service. Corps malingre, ajouts discrets, bourbon en devant. Ça passe toujours !
