We make beer. Handcrafted, naturally unfiltered, undiminished, untamed and unbelievable tasty. The Prancing Pony is located in the Adelaide Hills, SA. The beers are created by the Head Brewer Frank Samson and brewed by a team of passionate brewers. Their unlimited imagination drives them to craft beers with unsurpassed, long and lingering flavours made from the purest, best ingredients using traditional brewing methods. Right from our humble beginnings, the Pony has won accolades and awards for its beers. The brewery is the proud holder of the Supreme Champion Trophy for the India Red Ale at the International Beer Challenge in London (2016), Champion Trophy for Small Brewery (2015),Champion Medallion for its India Red Ale and Amber Ale (2015, 2016), as well as business accolades. The Brewshed restaurant is located right adjacent to our brewing space. There you will encounter a 16 taps bar offering a broad range of beers, one-off speciality beers and short run brews that are available only at the Brewshed. The Pony knows that putting on the feedbag is part of the fun. All our dishes are created “from the beer up” to match our brews. Featuring fresh local ingredients, you can enjoy small bites, burgers, regional tasting platters, wood oven pizzas and enjoy the family friendly atmosphere.
