Slight more initial sour and barrel oaky ness than I remember but god damn what a beer. That last stout box by these guys was worth it for this. Top tier beverage. So smooth and the barrels come through in layers.

Rien qu’à lire la description on comprend rien à cette bière, et en bouche c’est pareil. Mais aussi surprenant que ça puisse être, ce bordel est sacrément organisé. C’est équilibré, le malt passe en vitesse et se fait remplacer part un tas de spiritueux.

Olaf Lemme: Une des bières les plus vieilles de ma cave, vieillie au moins 4 ans avec amour ! J’ai vraiment adoré sa complexité, mais son équilibre dans son délire... Même si on pourrait lui reprocher de ne plus beaucoup ressembler à une stout.
