Lots of candied lemon, lemonade almost. Soft carbonation, fairly clean for the style, soda like qualities. Interesting funky elements, touch of savoury. The bottle didn't gush so that's a plus , sweet and sour. Interesting and definitely worth trying

2015. Lychee, bitter lime/orange, dried flowers (rose), maybe a hint of spice like star anise or cumin—an aromatic bouquet that reminds me of making Persian/Iranian or Indian food. Finish is all about bitter grass/alfalfa/oregano. Very dry but juicy too
Alex Fields: great carb and mouthfeel. This is a wonderful batch that has changed dramatically over its life, has been like several different great beers
Alex Fields: 8.7-8.8/10
