Aroma of watermelon rind and mint. Oxidized pale malts. Orange peel and ginger w the usual black pepper spice. Huge thanks to Jeff for the hook up. First time I had this was in 2016 according to this app. Blast from the past! 👻

Toastier malts and nutmeg. Also, malty 3 year old lambic? Wild apple cider acidity? Keep in mind this is going on 3 years so the deep tôme tropical fruit candy sugar makes an appearance as well. Dialed in spices close. Is this what a farmhouse ale is?

Bottled 2021, BBE 2025. Great aroma of tôme fruitiness with peppery spice as it warms. Slightly toastier malts w the signature fruit finish. Some light, tangy acidity comes and goes. Complex for its young age, maybe due to horizontal storage?
