I like the stone fruit and marmalade profile that has come with age. And the earthy funk that’s so much like Dupont. Massively bitter on the finish (white grapefruit) which leaves a harsh finish. For me at least 😝

Nose is rich with peach and apricot. Mid evolves from funky citrus and earth to a tight mineralic note. Wet stone and soft tannins deliver a dry yet bright spectrum of scraped grapefruit pith. Excellent.
