The faintest tickle of chilli to the nose, with a slight fruitiness too. Palate is beautiful. For a brief moment it’s dates and prunes with a roasty malt flavour, then it’s CHILLLLLI! Incredible. There’s a smokiness that builds too, as the heat peaks 😍
