Tasting Notes: Orange Zest – Dank – Tropical Fruit

We got together with our friends at Riverlands in St. Charles to brew a killer hazy IPA. Together we decided to lean in heavy with loads of Citra and Cryo Pop hops. We also played around with a new full spectrum hop product called Incognito from Yakima Chief Hops. Incognito packs a huge citrus punch without added bitterness to the beer. The final result is a juice bomb of an IPA. Layers of pillowy oats and red wheat make a perfect backdrop for the tropical hop notes.
