Named after the point on the oyster where the two valves (or shells) are held together near the hinge, this unfiltered pilsner brought us and our homies from ODD Muse Brewing together once again. Prince Edward Island is famous for its world-class shellfish, and we used 3 distinct varieties for this lager: Shiny Sea, Momma Mia, and Queen’s Cup. Gentle minerality and subtle brine give way to a clean and bright body with hints of crisp water cracker, honey suckle, and wisps of flint and sea breeze. Close your eyes and you’ll swear you hear the coastal tide in the distance. Show Less
