Holiday pie with layers of gingerbread, caramel, cream, and sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon and cardamom. Honeyed glass makes this a fine aperitif or dessert. Well balanced and not too sweet, not too bitter. Easy drinking, subtle for 7.5%.
