Space Falcon

In the continuation of celebrating all things Falcon, the Space variant makes its return today. The base beer, which arguably could be called the base of us, gets hit with a serious dry hop of the best Australian Galaxy we can find. Given that we can’t yet select for Galaxy, we assess the lots we receive, and lean in to those that offer the most desirable aromatic qualities for dry hopping this beer. We’ve said it before, but it bears repeating that not all agricultural products are the same, even if they are patented. Anything we use, has to stand on its own.

The signature dank orange marmalade like essence that carries the base beer is complimented with impressions of tropical green pineapple, fresh cut grass, juicy fruit gum, and brighter mango. Show Less
