Grisette style ale featuring 100% micro malted malts from Linc Malt in Spokane, WA. Pilsner, Spelt, Rye, Triticale, and Red Russian Wheat malts combine to make a spicy and full bodied malt base for this dry finishing beer. You can really taste the difference in the local malt with rich flavor of each unique variety shining through. The addition of aged Czech Saaz hops gives a classic noble hop character with very low bitterness. Fermented with a Norwegian Farmhouse Ale Yeast. Show Less
