Great seltzer, has its own profile (far exceeds your grocery store seltzer)! As a sour, it's mild, not super tart (nor sweet, which I prefer). Nice flavor, I get the pineapple and a little of the cinnamon. Impressed, but would still choose a sour beer 1st
