Not skunked like the other bottles!!! Hooray! Redness has faded, acid has not, bit thin, but it's amazing to see what a beer this special has done after 5 years downstairs ... Lots of beautiful cellar caramel. Wow and what a treat.

Looks & smells like GI Gillian. It’s not as raspy sour. Slightly sour; red berry esters; one-dimensional but good length. Solid 4 all around. I could session this all afternoon.
