Fruitnator is a one-of-a-kind doppelbock lager that gracefully blurs the line between traditional German brewing and good ol’ fashioned American ingenuity.
In collaboration with a consortium of fruit experts, we mindfully incorporated a variety of complementary fruits and fruiting techniques into a beer style that is typically devoid of any adjuncts.
During fermentation, Fruitinator was injected with fig purée to allow the Munich lager yeast to chew on the fruit sugars, providing this complex beer with a layer of figgy wine-like depth to support its toasty, malt-forward foundation. Show Less
