A Nickel & A Pale Ale

Our American Pale Ale is reminiscent of the American standard of Pale Ales that have been around since the emergence of craft beers in the 1970s. A Nickel & A Pale Ale is a hop forward beer but relies on a foundation of malt sweetness like toffee or shortbread biscuits. Hops are used more for aroma and flavor here instead of extreme bitterness, like a traditional IPA. A punchy, dank aroma greets you and then you get to experience flavors of bright citrus and woodsy pine. A beer you can pair with just about anything, effervescent, light and very appetizing; it is no wonder why it is one of the most popular beer styles in America.
