淡い色、にごり。山椒ははっきり感じる。ゴーゼって初めて飲むけど、フルーティなシャンパンみたい。ゴーゼは大麦の代わりに小麦、コリアンダー、塩を入れるのが一般的みたいだけど、コリアンダーの代わりに山椒を入れたってことなのかな。このMIXにトライしようとするのが面白い。
