initial sulphur hit quickly (mercifully) dissipates into farmyard scrumpy and insane levels of tannin. deliciousness intensifies. a real sipper, and one to age a little in search of mellowing

Full-on funky farmyard on the nose, then massively dry & tannic on the palate with slightly floral apple flavours. The tannins are really smoothed out, but incredibly intense and super grippy and drying. Fantastic. Thanks very much Rod G. for this beauty.

(Lockdown2, Drink397) Egg on the nose. Bacon in mouth. May not be the the best cider in most people's eye but a liquid bacon and egg drink isn't disagreeable to me.
