This one has lost a little in its old age, but still a very drinkable beer. It's dried out quite a bit. No as malty anymore. A little astringency on the finish. A little bitter sweet chocolate. Decent.

Cellaring for 14 years hasn't mellowed the hop bitterness at all. Would be be much better if they toned down the hops a little. Better as it warms.
