8% of Simcoe!? Daaamn. Nice frothy head this bad boy pours. Excellent representation of the Simcoe hops, the beautiful American North West born sexy bastard. Yakima Valley Represent! Very smooth, Lot of tropical notes, not that piney but maybe some resin.
