9 years old, and still holds up nicely, although I probably should have drank it sooner. Wonderfully strong malt base, sweet with figs and toffee. Hops have receded with age, but there is still something to balance the sweetness. Wish I had more.

Nice caramel, toffee and vanilla notes. Not too heavy. Bottle waxing was aggressive but made for a great seal. Bottled 2/5/14. Couldn’t wait another year.
