Blue Cadillac

Do you Remember Purple Cadillac? It was a big and bold sour brewed with Zilker Brewing Co. from Austin, TX all the way back in 2019. We’ve finally reunited for another collab, and it's another big Cadillac!
Blue Cadillac is a bold imperial sour brewed with double fruit. It clocks in at 8%ABV. We brewed it with a wheat forward base, and finished it with copious amounts of blueberry and raspberry puree. It's a jammy medley of dessert berry flavors up front, followed by supporting notes of concord grape and tart cherry. It’s complete with a pleasant and crisp, slightly dry finish.
