2018 edition. Peated malt apparent on the nose and in the flavour. Very balanced, malt forward beer. Caramel, toffee, toasty notes. Molases also present in the aroma. Carbonation is medium to low, body is almost chewy. Sweet and peaty finish. Great beer

2018 edition. Touch of peated malt and 7 days in new oak barrel. A bit too oaky. More time needed.

This was my first beer from my new barrel. To much oak, which finally faded after 2.5 years. Malt, quite sweet, a touch of peat, some oak.
