Disappointing. Roughly 1/3 of it fizzed over violently upon opening. The remains are curious. Super, super dry, gentle farmhouse rustic funk, with a hint of hoppy character. Still, the profile is minuscule. Definitely not worth the hefty price, just okay.

Only drinking pre-pandemic beers.... sike. Never had a saison aged 3 years before. The tartness has completely faded and made this a study in mineralality of the brew. It’s turned extremely smooth while retaining a magnificent smell.

Musty horse blanket smell. Citrus and peppery taste, very dry. Way too funky/barny for me. May have let the yeast develop too long.
