Belgium style stout brewed at De Ranke brewery by Emanuele Corazzini of NovaBirra.
We brew it with 5 types of barley malt and some rye malt in combination with Summit and Willamette whole flower hops. After the main fermentation the beer is “dry-hopped” with American hops and cocoa nibs from Madagascar.
This beer can be aged for one year or more. It will improve by developing delicate aromas of chocolate balanced by a moderate bitterness.
We recommend tasting it at cellar temperature. Beer pairing of choice: Belgian dark chocolate truffles.
