The Best of Both Worlds

The Best of Both Worlds isn't your typical, garden-variety IPA. This light-orange-coloured beer was brewed with a grist of Pilsner, Aromatic and Wheat malt, along with some Malted Oats, resulting in a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Hopped with large amounts of two of our favourite Southern Hemisphere varieties - Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin - at knock-out and in two dry-hop additions, it was fermented with a combination of two different yeast strains. The result is a beer that has a complex mix of fruit (including passion fruit and stone fruit) and a light spice character, with a dry finish.
