Dark, coffee, good cinnamon, cocoa, nice lingering spiciness without being too much. Awesome twist on a classic stout. Sorry I drank your last one Joe.

This does in fact remind me of a boozy latino (Latin American? Latino?) rum-soaked chocolate cake.

My first reaction is a lot of cinnamon in this mix. But after a while I get a creamy stout with bitter roasty coffee, vanilla and light chocolate. But the finish is a snappy bite of heat that reaches the back of your throat. Very interesting.

Thank you Jim. This was the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and bitter.
