Craig Durgy is drinking a Grapefruit Sculpin by Ballast Point Brewing Company at The Burneing Barrel
Still a very nice west coasty featuring the fruity grapefruit malt blend as advertised. Finely balanced between sweet & bitter.

Craig Durgy is drinking an Etain (2018) by The Bruery at The Burneing Barrel
Delicious bourbon forward oaky malt gem. Smooth and warming with touches prune/plum & nutmeg apple.

Craig Durgy is drinking a Ghost Train by Broken Symmetry at My Place
Disappointing for me with a very ashy, near coffeeish, somewhat acrid malt. I just don’t get much out of it other than not my idea of a saison, dark or otherwise. Drinkable but major meh.

Craig Durgy is drinking a Delirium Tremens (2024) by Delirium - Huyghe Brewery at My Place
Another consistent outcome for the latest vintage. A bit musty and yeasty with subtle grape and peachy clove flavors. Slightly drying.

Michael Quatrano: Dentist?
Craig Durgy: Michael Q. Rona needed a ride to New Haven today so this was my reward.
Michael Quatrano: Yay!
A stone fruit beauty with solid body, smooth and pithy with hints of garlic. Easy drinking, with mango, pineapple, orange & muted lemon. Delicious, even as TH goes.
Purchased at Tree House Brewing Co.
