Captain Hindsight

The West Coast IPA has evolved. We started by building a pale grist with enough malt complexity to support the hops, which are a combination of old school and new school. Instead of a bitter hop bomb of days past; having slight bitterness, we focus more on aroma and flavor like our Hazy IPAs, while allowing the malts to finish crisp and dry.
