Glögg Mead. Totally flat, seems like pouring red wine. Aroma follows a Christmas theme (star anise, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric, orange zest) and shows also a medicine hint, with an infinite, disturbing sweetness, just balanced by pungent spices.

3.8 Merry Christmas to all~ 有趣的是： 同一枝酒，放在不同的酒杯卻散發不同的香 一杯是重肉桂香，另一杯則是重蜜糖、甜味香 可能因為杯型不一， 肉桂的香味分子密度較低， 容易散發在空氣中， 餘下的只有蜜糖香氣分子吧。 幸好我取到的是肉桂香更濃的。 不知為何，肉桂香對比蜜糖香， 我比較喜歡肉桂香， 嗅起來比較和諧、輕鬆一點。 題外話，感覺肉桂香更聖誕一點， 是北歐聖誕的氣息～ 瞬間回到故鄉了～
