Pearipheral Friends (2022)

Celina pear mead (partially cryo-concentrated to highlight the subtle flavors of pear).

Straw golden color, with a slight green-ish hue.

Sweet, fleshy pears combined with floral, light caramelly honey that quickly coats the mouth. Pears takes the scene again on the back end, and lingers for a long time. Just enough acidity to cut through the sweetness and quickly invite another sip.
