Je ne vais pas la noter, pour la simple raison qu’elle n’a vraiment pas bien pas traversé le temps malgré une conservation exemplaire. Pas imbuvable, mais beaucoup moins intéressante étant très (trop) acétique… La 2019 on the side nous a consolé!

Probably one of the oldest gueuze bottles from CA and three layers deep in my cellar. This is the 2014 version but Untappd won’t go beyond 2015. At par with some of the best Belgian gueuzes. Paired will baley hazel blue cheese.
