First barleywine.. not exactly sure about this one. Seeing the colour off the pour I thought it would be gross.. smelling it I thought it would be amazing..tasted somewhere in between. Pretty smooth drinking overall for a big ABV beer!

Blown away by how drinkable this is, the alcohol is very well hidden/managed. Nice bitterness, so smooth the only way I know it's really 11.2% is by how tipsy I feel. Amazing barleywine, looking forward to the even stronger Bourbon BA version
