Tart, loads of stone fruit (mostly apricot), a bit of pear. Dry. Turns to secondaries on the finish; sour, bitter lemon, very lactic and intense sour mash finish. Solid 4.25 but +0.25 because it’s only 5% and the body is intense. So well done, DDC.
