Burton pale ale sounds innocuous enough. I'm thinking cheap suits from the 90's, and an average football club somewhere near Derby. This beer, though, bangs. Quietly, it hammers away at 7%, but really doesn't seem so. A monster dressed as sessionable.

This is what Cask should be about, brew a proper meaty beer. Malty, rich, smooth, some sweetness. The body is excellent.
