Full but not syrupy body, low but fine carbonation heavy caramel notes, maybe a hint of solvent and a faint bitterness on the finish. The finish is long and persists. Faint alcohol warmth builds. Goes down very well.

Whoa! Tastes like caramelized wort over fire. Not toffee per se, but caramel taken to the edge of burnt. Almost creamy mouthfeel with just enough hops for balance. Ugh, I’ve been craving a barleywine like this for a while. So happy to find it locally. 🤤
