I guess bottle shares are mostly big stouts and funky sours, so I'm doing sours today. Sweet nose and quite funky with a nice peachiness, but there's a bit of mustard/spice on the finish that's unexpected.

Adam Gallagher: Daria Phoebe B. Sadly they no longer exist sort of. They closed but the head brewer bought out the space and started a new brewery called Black Rose. You might still be able to find Funk Factory are special beer stores in the area though
