Not a hop profile that I expected to like. Simcoe is usually my least favorite. Low brix, neutral malt. A bit of plain Greek yogurt yeast ester. Very dank, sweaty socks and moldy basements. Pine resin and unripe stonefruit, but very low bitterness.
