Not really digging this one. Overly sweet, super high brix, but neutral malt. Hop profile is canned pineapple rings, candied mango and overripe apricot. Saccharine sweet to a point of being unenjoyable.

Nice PNW WCIPA with a dry, neutral low brix malt character. Pine resiny hop profile with a bit of mandarin orange rind and lemongrass. Very dry finish.

Well balanced, smooth mouthfeel, neutral malt with medium brix. Not super dank or bitter. Unripe stonefruit and candied mango hop profile with a dry finish.

Very malty, and not very hazy in the glass. Caramel malt, medium brix. Hop profile is subdued, but there's some nice amarillo character with a bit of myrcene and phenolic. I kinda want more from this hop profile and the malt is just drowning it out.
Briny, lactic and tannic kettle sour with a Fruity Pebbles undercurrent. Subtle artificial fruit flavor that ends on a note of lemon Trix. Just pull all the lemon Trix out of the mix, and that's the lingering note on the palate here.
