Pretty much exactly what I expected from this hop profile. Lots of pine resin, lemongrass and grapefruit pith with a moderately high bitterness.

Favors seem kinda muted for a DDH... Sweet, fairly high brix for the ABV. Caramel malt. Hop profile is ripe peach and canned pineapple rings.

Definitely not matching my description from last year's version. This one has near-zero bitterness. Very fruity. Juicy fruit gum and pineapple. Very easy drinking.
