Verouderde geur, wat portachtig. Zeer weinig schuim en co2. Smaak caramel, zoetig, verwarmende alcohol. Roodfruit, Port, sherry, maar ook nog Moutig en wat gebrande mout en chocolade. Zelf iets donkere rum. Stelt niet teleur.. Na 27 jaar nog goed drinken!

Still good but best days probably in the past. Mellowed, herbal cough syrup into light toffee. Bitter finish.

One of my oldest bottles. Inspired to drink it by Roger Protz. Coffee, molasses, sweet, smooth.

Bottle was purchased from Oddbins, Snow Hill, 28 years ago. Was amazed at the taste, hops subdued, but still there, with a background of raisins and faint brett. Superb.
