Well definitely NOT black IPA as per Untappd notes, and reading up on Eclipse hops, wonder if brewers got the right drop in the right vessel? A sweet caramel/buttery profile upfront, fading to muted pine resin w mild bitterness. Says 8.1% but who knows?!

The guides from most brewers say "mandarin and citrus peel, piney". I find it subtle and think this hop takes some work in the current flavour bomb environment. There is the usual Bacchus sweet base but the hop does come through as quite bitter.
