I’m biased but for a quaffable ABV it nails the brief. So much cherry and coconut went into this beer. Simpsons chocolate malt with organic cacao punched the rich chocolate vibes. Nice sweet finish and fairly full bodied for a beer of 4.8% ABV.

Best beer I made in 2021. A solid AF old school WCIPA like beers I had in 2011-2013 with real grapefruit pith bitterness, caramel, dry & chewy and massive pine, weed and citrus hop volatiles punching out everywhere.

Loved it. Tiny bit salty but just clean, crispy, spicy and a bit a citrus zing too. Would smash several. Fantastic bitterness.
