Ian Barra is drinking an Along the Path by Bracket Brewing at Mollymook Beach
Pours a proper dark westie colour. Off white candling head. Piney toffee aroma. Lots of pine, resin and honeyed toffee. Any citrus is light on, as is the bitterness. So not a classic by any means but damn delicious by modern standards.
Ian Barra is drinking a Baron Zombie by Beer Zombies Brewing Co. at Mollymook Beach
Pours a medium haze with a super fine head. Big zesty orange and tangerine aroma. Huge blood orange flavour, they've dosed this big time with a truckload of the whole fruit, zest and seeds included! Great if you love citrus in your beer.

Ian Barra is drinking a Sapphire Coast Wet Hop Pale (2024) by Seeker Brewing at Mollymook Beach
Typically thick Seeker pour, great head retention. Subtle stonefruit aroma. Flavour is more funky orange citrus for me than stonefruit. But the wet hop accents come through loud and clear, green, funky and slightly spicy.

Ian Barra is drinking a Doodlin' by Bracket Brewing at Mollymook Beach
Definitely the heaviest serving of Kiwi hops that I've tasted. Oily, potty, greenstick like a wet hop brew, dry AF. Very interesting brew.
Plenty of chocolate, subtle vanilla and a faint lick of rum. Started off strong then got a little thin when it warmed.
