Pours a dark iced tea brown with a tan head. Lightly boozy aroma. Smooth with a slightly sweet taste of caramel, malts, and raisins. Hides the alcohol well. Finishes with a lingering light hoppy bitterness. Very enjoyable.

Due to aging this has a much stronger aroma. Full of bourbon and oak and a few spices. Damn that’s potent. Aging made it a little sweeter and I get some stone fruit and spices here. But it’s all about the dry finish. Awesome. Pair with upside down cake
