Auto Lyte

“Auto Lyte” is our first-ever American Light Lager and this pleases us greatly! We think this beer is, like, pretty cool or whatever. We really loved “Automatic Win”, but thought the fullness from the Oats would REALLY pop in a scaled-down version. And thus, our bastardized riff on America’s favorite beer style was born! AND IT RIIIIIIIIIPS!

Mashed with 100% @Riverbendmalt consisting of a beautiful medley of Cumberland Pilsner and Oat Malt, kissed gently throughout the Kettle and Whirlpool with Willamette hops, fermented low and slow with our House Lager yeast, spunded for natural carbonation, and cold-conditioned for many moons in a Horizontal Lager Tank.

We experience an open field picnic filled with fresh Croissants, a kiss of Lemon Verbena, something akin to opening a fresh bag of Haribo Gummy Bears without the sweetness, and some grassiness. Encapsulated in a pillowy, full, yet dry body, with a perfectly thirst-quenching bitterness, and that Chippy Boi™ minerality we all know and love. Show Less
