Very cool to try a beer brewed the original way it was brewed many years ago. Very dry and light bodied with a slight sour flavor. I’ll have to agree with Napoleon and his troops, this is “lively and elegant”

Wow, just wow, this is absolutely incredible. It’s effervescent and tart. There are sweet fruity tones with a saison vibe. Super cool beer brewed in accordance with an historic recipe! Love it.

This is effing wonderful. Its one of the most unique things I've ever tasted. It's fruity, but not any specific fruits. Tart, but in a very natural lactic way, if that makes sense. There's even a slight bready undertone. Awesome.
