The Sixth Peach (3/19)

The White Saturn Peaches that we used for the last batch of The Sixth Peach were so characterful, juicy and delightful, that we simply had to get more last year for a new blend of this beer. We blended this batch from multiple years of funky spontaneous barrels, and refermented it in secondary oak casks with a massive amount of ripe and delicious Peaches. You'll immediately notice the sweet and floral White Peach aroma and flavor. Its vibrancy is followed by delicate funk and soft notes of oak. It's fantastic, and we are excited to share this newest blend with you.
