Very nice blend. Super fragrant, smells like Armagnac. Fruity and funky, cheesy, dry and musty. The spirit barrel really pops on this, especially as it warms. This is the kind of beer dG does really well.

Fun twist on one of my fav TH stouts. You can definitely taste the bourbon barrel, lends the beer some nice vanilla and oak notes. Very sweet, just a bit syrupy, good mouthfeel. Noticeable nut notes and a chocolatey/toffee finish. Mmmmnnmm.
