Nice thick fudgy chocolate, softer vanilla and a hint of spice. Feel like the adjuncts have probably mellowed a bit with aging. So smooth for 12%, barely any warmth at all.

Fun blend. All the tart green apple of regular Tilquin gueuze with a kiss of cognac. Can really smell it right away, the flavor pops as it warms, as expected. Sweet fruity notes from the cognac barrels blend well with the acidity and funk of the bases.

Winter warmer-esque. Malty and sweet with some holiday spices, nutmeg and citrus, pithy.

B1 Resurgam on a random Saturday, yeah. This is probably past its peak. Still good but there’s a tea-like flavor that’s a bit off. Still get some nice apricot fruitiness, less tart acidity than fresher batches. Aged hop bitterness is prominent too.
