I last had this in 2014, when it was simply called "Gose". I'm sure the recipe has been honed over the last 10 years. Light, refreshing, sour, acidic. Lemony citrus of coriander. Lactobacillus. Light wheat creaminess. Doughy Pils malt. Nice salinity

Great gose, lots of nice sour-y flavour with a hint of what I thought was blackberry? either way very nice. Tasted like a cool adjunct ale. Lovely.
